Terms and Conditions

1 – SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION:

1.1 - All material that is added to your website is owned by Aquarius Website Marketing until full payment has been met; and can not be used without our consent.

1.2 - You are prohibited from using any of the material that Aquarius applies to your website, it has been created especially for your website and you are not allowed to use it on any other sites. If we find out that you have done so, you will be liable for prosecution as all our products/content is copyrighted.

1.3 - Aquarius are not responsible for the period of time it takes for your website to appear on Google's first page, we will do everything we can, as quick as we can, to try and achieve first page listings for you; but Google change things on a regular basis so it would be impossible to say how long it will take before first page listings on Google can be achieved for your site. It takes up to 12 months for newer sites to get on Google's first page, but even then; the site has still got to be made right.

1.4 – The search engine optimisation is a one-off service; you pay 50% in advance and the other 50% when your site is listed on Google's first page when your specific keyword phrases are searched for. If the remaining 50% is not paid you will not receive any refunds and you are still liable for the second 50% payment if your site achieves first page listings.

1.5 - The monthly updating and maintenance service costs £50 per month on top of the one-off optimisation fee. This is an annual contract via 12 monthly payments, starting with one month in advance and then equal payments at the same time of each month for a period of 12 months.

1.6 - If any monthly payment has not been paid within 7 days after the payment due date, no more work will be carried out on your site and it will be taken out of our system immediately.

2 – PAY PER CLICKS:

2.1 – If you agree with the quote we give you for your 5 keyword phrases, you then pay your first months payment and your adverts will become live within 15 minutes.

2.2 – There are no refunds with Pay Per Clicks.

2.3 – Although we quote you for first page listings on Google, there are other issues that have to be dealt with or you will get a bad rank for your advert and it won't appear when searched for. Therefore, we may need to make slight changes to your website to achieve optimum results. We will advice you if changes need to be made when we send you your quote.

2.4 – If you already run your own Google Adwords campaign, you must switch off the said campaign and let us take it over completely.

2.5 – There are no contracts with Pay Per Clicks, you pay one month in advance, which is non refundable and to stop your ads running you just don't make the following months payment.

2.6 – If you don't make the following months payment your adverts will stop running until payment has been met.

2.7 – You must not click on the advert we create for you when you search for your keyword phrases on Google, this costs you money.
