Terms and Conditions

1 - All material that is added to your website is owned by Aquarius Website Marketing until payment has been made in full.

 

2 - You must pay 50% of total cost when ordering a service(s) and the remaining 50% on completion of the work, normally within 3-5 working days. If payment has not been met within 7 days of 'payment due' invoice all the works that Aquarius have completed will be taken down from your website immediately.

 

3 - The monthly Updating and Maintenance Service payments of £50 per month can be paid via: Direct Debit or Standing Order (to be set up at your bank or building society), contact us for Aquarius Website Marketing's bank details; Paypal Secure Online Payment - we will email you a request for payment 7 days before monthly payment due date, in the email will be a link to the Paypal secure website where you will be able to pay via credit card.

 

4 - Payments by Cheque and Postal Orders. Make Payable to 'Aquarius Website Marketing', Address: 2 Westminster Drive, Westcliff On Sea, Essex, SS0 9SL. Work will commence on your site once the cheque has cleared or the Postal Order has been cashed (normally within 3 working days).

 

5 - If any monthly payment has not been paid within 28 days after the payment due date, no more work will be carried out on the website and it will be taken out of Aquarius's system immediately.

 

6 - You are prohibited from using any of the material that Aquarius apply to your website, it has been created especially for your website, you are not allowed to use it on any other websites. If we find out that you have done so, you will be liable for prosecution as all our products are copyrighted.

 

7- Aquarius are not responsible for the period of time it takes for your website to appear in the search results of all major search engines; all search engines work differently. Google is the most popular search engine and therefore it will take longer for your website to appear on it's listings. An important factor is your website, if it has never been cached before it may take longer to get indexed into the system. But don't worry, every website that Aquarius have optimized has been cached in rapid time, simply because we know what we are doing when performing our established, successful, procedure.

 

8 - Updating and Maintenance Service. Aquarius will update your website once a month; we will change the items that need to be updated on every page on your website. If you require an item amended, for example, pictures changed or some new information added, simply send it to Aquarius in an email and it will be applied the next time we update your website. This service does not include the making of any new pages for your website, it is for making changes to the work that Aquarius have already applied.
